Gear Oils

Gear Oil (CKB)

Gear Oils

Meets Specifications:

ISO 6743-6: 2018; ISO 12925 Pt.1 CKB: 2018, IS 11159-7:2012, IS 8406: 1993, ISO-L-CKB

Application areas:

Formulated for enclosed industrial gear systems operating under light to moderate loads, including:
-Parallel shaft gearboxes (straight or helical)
-Internal & external gear mechanisms
-Bevel gears
-Worm gear systems under moderate load
-Circulating and splash lubrication systems
-Industrial gear drives in manufacturing, paper, textile & general industries

Ideal where a non-EP gear oil is recommended.

Perfomance benefits:

-Excellent oxidation stability for longer oil life
-Protects gears and bearings against rust & corrosion
-Strong film strength maintains lubrication under moderate load
-Low foaming ensures smooth gear operation
-Excellent demulsibility for clean operation in humid environments
-Reduces sludge formation and keeps systems clean

Special Features:

Formulated using high-purity Group II base oils
-Treated with anti-corrosion & anti-oxidant additives (0.4–2%)
-Enhanced foam suppression (0.1–1%)
-Suitable for continuous lubrication: splash, bath, or circulation
-Compatible with most industrial gearbox metals and elastomers
