Air Compressor Oils

Reciprocating & Rotary Air Compressor Oil – Normal Duty (DAA)

Air Compressor Oils

Meets Specifications:

ISO 6743-3: 2003, ISO 6521-1:2019, IS 13256:1992, IS 11159-4:2011, DIN 51506 VCL, ISO-L-DAA

Application areas:

Specially formulated for normal duty reciprocating and rotary air compressors, where:
-Discharge temperature < 165°C
-Differential pressure < 2.5 MPa
-Discharge pressure < 7 MPa

Recommended for:
-Reciprocating piston compressors
-Rotary vane & rotary drip feed compressors
-General industrial air compression systems
-Compressors operating in clean, low contamination environments
-Systems requiring stable oxidation control and low carbon deposits

Perfomance benefits:

-Excellent oxidation stability minimizes sludge and varnish formation
-Good detergency keeps compressor valves and passages clean
-Superior demulsibility ensures effective water separation
-Low carbon forming tendencies reduce fire and explosion risk
-Protects components against rust and corrosion
-Stable performance across typical compressor temperature ranges

Special Features:

-Formulated with high purity Group II base oils
-Contains antioxidants, anti corrosion agents & detergents (0.4–2%)
-Ensures long compressor life and reduced maintenance
-Ideal for drip feed lubrication systems
-Supports smooth compressor startup and reduced wear
